Mike brings a level of detail and dedication to his profession that is often missing nowadays days. He answered our call quickly and was able to come by to troubleshoot the issue by noon the next day. Despite the poor installation job of our heat pump done by another company, Mike was able to resolve the issue and was in constant communication with us during the process, which is sometimes missing with some companies. He was also willing to get dirty when he had no other option! Mike often does jobs himself to ensure they are being done right, and his responsiveness to his clients should put anyone who uses his service at ease. Highly recommend.
