My AC stopped working and e-mailed Mike at 10:08 PM, expecting him to respond the next day. He replied 2 minutes later and put me in for 9am the next day. They are super responsive and accommodating. Next day, Ernesto stopped by to repair the AC and he’s a true professional. He was very thorough, patiently explained the problem and solution, and what to watch out for come next spring. Even after the problem was fixed, he took additional measures to rule out other potential issues. Kudos to Mike for hiring a true professional as part of his team and I wouldn’t hesitate to ask Ernesto to be back should another issue arise.
Mike brings a level of detail and dedication to his profession that is often missing nowadays days. He answered our call quickly and was able to come by to troubleshoot the issue by noon the next day. Despite the poor installation job of our heat pump done by another company, Mike was able to resolve the issue and was in constant communication with us during the process, which is sometimes missing with some companies. He was also willing to get dirty when he had no other option! Mike often does jobs himself to ensure they are being done right, and his responsiveness to his clients should put anyone who uses his service at ease. Highly recommend.
I do not have an old HVAC system, maybe 9 years old. Suddenly it stopped working on the coldest Sunday of the year! Our family woke up super cold. I called Air One and while I always notice other service companies seem like their job is emotionless, this company actually CARED that our family was so cold. He was at our house within the hour on a Sunday morning!
Not only did he resolve our problem, but he was honest about it simplistic issue and fairly charged us for his time. This is a quality company. 5 Stars from me.

I came across this business a few years ago on Yelp. Since then, Mike has replaced a furnace and most recently water tank for me. I have always found him to be reliable, honest, reasonable with his prices, and just downright friendly. When he replaced my hot water tank a few weeks ago, he made sure to check up/clean out the furnace he had installed a year prior free of charge. That’s the kind of business Mike runs, and I’m glad I came across the other reviews.

Both Mike and Ernesto were both knowledgeable and trustworthy. Which is hard to fine in this business. They continued to work with us until the issue was resolved. I would definitely recommended them and will be using them for all heating and cooling needs.
